Nokia launched 5 new mobiles in MWC event and will be available from April

Nokia lineup in 2018 at MWC

Nokia had started big in 2018 with 5 new mobile phones at MWC event in Barcelona. It launched Nokia 8 Sirocco, Nokia 7 plus, Nokia 6(2018), Nokia 1 and feature phone named Nokia 8110 4G. All these will be available from April globally. Nokia 6 and Nokia 7 plus are made of single block of aluminium and Nokia 8 Sirocco is made of single block of steel. All these three are under Android One program. Nokia 1 will be coming with Android Oreo Go edition.

Nokia 8 Sirocco is the successor to previous Nokia 8. The phone comes with 5.5-inch OLED display with curved sides. Phone is made of single block of stainless steel with 7.5mm thickness and chassis is 2mm. It have 6GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The phone runs on Android Oreo out of the box with Android one program. This is also powered by snapdragon 835 like previous phone. The back has dual camera with 12MP Zeiss lens and another is 13MP telephoto lens for 2x lossless optical zoom. The front has 5MP camera with 84 degree wide angle lens FOV. The battery is 3,260mAh capacity and supports Qi wireless charging and fast charging of 50% in 30 minutes. It will be available from April 2018 and priced at 799 Euros and indian price still not revealed.

The Nokia 7 plus is having a 6-inch Full HD+ display with 18:9 aspect ratio and  has 500 nits brightness and corning gorilla glass protection. The phone runs on Android Oreo out of the box and is powered by snapdragon 660 processor and has 4GB DDR4 RAM and 64GB ROM. The rear has dual camera support with 12MP camera with f/1.75 aperture and 13MP camera with f/2.6 aperture for 2x optical zoom and front is a 16MP camera with f/2.0 aperture. The phone is priced at 399 Euros and will be available from April 2018. It runs in Android one program.

Nokia 6 is also under Android one program and it runs on Android Oreo out of the box. The phone has 5.5-inch FullHD+ display with 2.5D curved glass. The phone will be in 2 variants with 3GB/32GB and 4GB/64GB RAM/ROM models. This phone runs on snapdragon 630 processor which is octa core chipset. The rear camera is a 16MP camera with dual LED flash and front is 8MP selfie shooter with wide angle lens. There is fingerprint scanner at the back below camera. This has 3,000mAh battery and supports fast charging with USB type-C port. This is priced at 279 Euros and will be available from April 2018.

Nokia 1 is the first devices to run on Android Oreo GO edition which is a lighter version of Android Oreo OS. It features a 4.5-inch display with 854x480 pixels resolution. It runs on quadcore mediatek processor at 1.1GHz clockspeed. It has 1GB RAM and 8GB ROM and has rear 5MP camera and 2MP front camera. It is available at 85$ and available from April.

Nokia 8110 is a feature phone which is a new phone of the famous Nokia 8110. It is available at 79 Euros and indian price not revealed. It supports 4G Volte and is a dual sim mobile. It runs on smart feature OS powered by Kai OS. The screen is 2.5-inch QVGA display. It is powered by 1.1GHz dual core snapdragon 205 processor and have 512MB RAM and 4GB inbuilt storage. It has 2MP rear camera with flash and no front camera. It has IP-52 water and dust resistant. It had 1,500mAh battery and has Bluetooth, wifi, USB port, FM radio, 3.5mm headphone jack and other features.
