Reliance Jio topped TRAI’s mobile broadband speed test for the month of November, 2017 with an average download speed of 25.6Mbps.
Airtel Network is placed third in the rankings which is trailed Jio by huge margin as the average download speed was recorded at 9.8Mbps.
According to telecom regulator TRAI, Vodafone is the one next to Jio which is a closest competitor and registered the download speed at 10Mbps followed by Airtel at 9.8Mbps and Idea at 7Mbps in November 2017 as per TRAI.
The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) collects and computes data download speed with the help of its ‘MySpeed’ application on a real-time basis.
In terms of upload speed, the details are as follows
Vodafone registered at 6.9 mbps.
Idea registered at 6.6 Mbps.
Jio registered at 4.9 Mbps.
Airtel registered at 4.0 Mbps.
