Xiaomi had launched a new phone in India today at an event and it is Redmi Note 6 Pro which will be successor to Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro. Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro comes with 6.26-inch FullHD+ IPS LCD display with 19:9 aspect ratio screen with a notch at the top of screen with 2.5D curved glass. Redmi Note 6 Pro has dual SIM card slot with hybrid slot means the second slot is either a SIM slot or micro SD card slot which can be expanded upto 256GB. Redmi Note 6 Pro runs in Android Oreo 8.1 with MIUI 10 UI on top of it. Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 is powered by Qualcomm's octa-core Snapdragon 636 chipset with Adreno 509 GPU and is coupled with either 4/6GB RAM and has 64GB of internal storage. Coming to camera department in Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, the rear is a dual camera setup with the first is a 12MP sensor with f/1.9 aperture and has 1.4 micron pixel size, dual pixel auto focus, and the second is a 5MP depth sensor for Bokeh shots and has led flash light. The front is also dual camera setup with 20MP sensor with f/2.0 aperture and second is a 2MP depth sensor for Bokeh shots. The cameras also has AI features, scene recognition and others.
Connectivity wise it has dual 4G VOLTE, dual band WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, FM radio, GPS, Bluetooth v5.0, 3.5mm headphone jack, micro USB port. Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro comes in two variants, the 4GB RAM + 64GB storage unit is priced at RS.13,999 and 6GB RAM + 64GB storage unit is priced at RS.15,999. It will be available through Flipkart, Mi.com from November 23rd onwards. But only on this first day i.e on Nov 23rd where Flipkart is conducting Black sale and you can get the Redmi Note 6 Pro with RS.1,000 less which means 4/64 GB model will be for RS.12,999 while the 6/64 GB model will be for RS.14,999. Remember this price will be only on first day sale. Also HDFC bank credit and debit card users will get RS.500 cashback.
