Realme had launched a new phone in India today at an event and it is Realme U1. Last month they have released two mobiles i.e Realme 2 Pro and Realme C1, and now launched a new phone with new name under "U" series which will be mainly focused on front selfie camera. Realme U1 comes with 6.3-inch FullHD+ IPS LCD display and has it is 2.5D curved corning gorilla glass with 19.5:9 aspect ratio screen with a waterdrop notch at the top which houses front camera and sensors. It is a dual SIM card device with dedicated MicroSD card slot which can be used for expanding storage upto 256GB. Realme U1 is running on Android Oreo 8.1 with ColorOS 5.2 UI on top of it. Realme U1 is the first phone to power with MediaTek octa-core Helio P70 processor with Mali G-72 GPU coupled with 3/4GB of RAM and has 32/64GB internal storage. Realme U1 comes with Ambitious black, brave blue, fiery red color options.

Coming to camera department of Realme U1, the rear is a dual camera setup with the first is a 13MP sensor with f/2.2 aperture and PDAF focus, led flash light and the second is a 2MP depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture for Bokeh shots, it has features like AI scene detection, portrait lightning, slow motion recording upto 90fps and others. Next the front is a 25MP selfie shooter with f/2.0 aperture, 1.8 micron pixel size, pixel binning support and it has features like AI beauty+, backlight mode, smarter groupie and others.
Connectivity wise it has dual 4G VOLTE, dual band WiFi 802.11b/g/n, FM radio, micro USB port, GPS, Bluetooth, 3.5mm headphone jack and others. It has all required sensors like fingerprint, ambient light sensor, compass, gyroscope and others. It has face unlock feature as well to unlock the phone. Realme U1 comes in two variants and 3GB RAM + 32GB storage unit is priced at RS.11,999 while 4GB RAM + 64GB storage unit is priced at RS.14,499. Realme U1 will be available through Amazon from December 5th 12PM onwards.
