Oppo launched Oppo F9 pro and Oppo F9 in India with Helio P60 processor, VOOC charging, waterdrop notch and others : Specifications and Price details

Oppo had held an event in Mumbai and launched it's new mobiles Oppo 9 and Oppo F9 Pro mobiles in India i.e on August 21st. Oppo F9 series mobiles are the first mobiles which come with waterdrop notch instead of the regular rectangular notch design. Both these mobiles are having the same features except for the charging technology, RAM option and selfie camera. Let us check the full details of Oppo F9 series below.

Oppo F9 and Oppo F9 Pro Specifications

Both the Oppo F9 and F9 Pro comes with 6.3-inch FullHD+ TFT display and has 19.5:9 aspect ratio screen and with new v-shaped notch which Oppo calls it as 'waterdrop notch'. Both Oppo 9 and F9 Pro are powered by MediaTek octa-core Helio P60 processor and Mali G-72 MP3 GPU. Another common feature in these two mobiles are that it runs in Android Oreo 8.1 with Color OS 5.2 on top of it. It comes in Sunlight Red, Twilight Blue, Starry Purple color options.

Coming to camera department the rear is a dual camera setup for both Oppo F9 and F9 pro with the first is a 16MP sensor with f/1.8 aperture and the second is a 2MP sensor with f/2.4 aperture for depth sensing to take Bokeh shots and has an led flash light. The front camera different in these two where Oppo F9 gets 16MP selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture while Oppo F9 Pro gets 25MP selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture. The front camera comes with features like HDR, Portrait mode, AI based scene recognition, AI beautification, AR stickers and slow lotion recording.

Next difference is Oppo F9 gets 4GB RAM with 64GB storage while Oppo F9 Pro gets 6GB RAM with 64GB storage. Next Oppo F9 gets regular charging where as Oppo F9 Pro gets VOOC charging feature which charges 50% in 30 minutes of time.

Connectivity wise it has dual 4G VOLTE, dual band WiFi 802.11ac, GPS, Bluetooth, FM radio, 3.5mm headphone jack, micro USB port and others. It had all required sensors like light sensor, fingerprint, compass, gyroscope and other sensors. Both Oppo F9 and Oppo F9 Pro are powered by 3,500mAh battery where F9 has regular charger where as F9 Pro gets VOOC charging feature.

Oppo F9 and F9 Pro Pricing and Availability

Oppo F9 and F9 Pro pricing details are out. Oppo F9 comes with 4GB RAM and 64 GB storage and is priced for RS.19,990 and Oppo F9 Pro comes in 6GB RAM and 64 GB storage and is priced for RS.23,990. There is no details of Availability of Oppo F9. But Oppo F9 Pro is available for pre-orders from today and sale starts from August 31st. Both Oppo F9 and Oppo F9 Pro will be made available in both online and offline stores.
