Vivo had launched the much awaited Vivo Nex phone in India which is released in China last month. Vivo Nex is the phone which Vivo showcased a concept phone in MWC2018 event with the name Vivo Apex.

This phone had many special features like full bezelless display and it is possible because they placed the sensors and earpiece under the display just like in Mi Mix series, but unlike Mi Mix series they have not placed the front camera at bottom chin, instead they used a hardware mechanism which makes the front camera to pop-up whenever the selfie camera option is triggered on app. Another feature is it is the world's first phone to feature the in-display fingerprint scanner just like in Vivo X21 phone. Vivo Nex Specifications

Vivo Nex comes with 6.59-inch Super AMOLED display with FullHD+ resolution and has 19.3:9 aspect ratio screen and Vivo calls the display as Ultra Full-view display. This is a dual SIM device which has dual 4G LTE support. The phone runs in Android Oreo 8.1 with Vivo's custom UI called FunTouch OS on top of it. This device is powered by Qualcomm's flagship octa-core Snapdragon 845 chipset with Adreno 630 GPU with 8GB RAM and has 128GB internal storage.

Coming to camera department the rear is a dual camera setup with the first is a 12MP camera with f/1.8 aperture and the front is a 5MP sensor with f/2.4 aperture which is used for Bokeh effects. It can record 4K video at 30fps. It has PDAF, 4-axis OIS(optical image stabilization), dual led flash light. The front is a 8MP selfie shooter with f/2.0 aperture.

Connectivity wise it has dual 4G VOLTE, dual-band WiFi 802.11ac,GPS, Bluetooth 5.0, FM radio, USB type-C port, in-display fingerprint sensor. It comes with all required sensors like light sensor, proximity sensor, ambient display sensor, gyroscope sensor, compass sensor and others. The phone comes with bigger 4,000mAh battery with 18W charger for fast charging.

Vivo Nex is available in one variant with 8GB RAM + 128GB internal storage and this device is priced at RS.44,990. This phone is Amazon exclusive in India and will be available for sale from July 21.
