Oppo in India today launched the Oppo Find X which is it's flagship mobile which is already launched China last month. Cjng to this mobile it has 93.8% screen to body ratio which is the highest for any mobile available right now. To do this they removed the cameras from above display and placed them in a slider which will pop up when required. It also comes with full screen display, cmaera slider, Snapdragon 845 processor, full glass design and others.

Oppo Find X Specifications

Oppo Find X comes with 6.42-inch FullHD+ display with an AMOLED panel and has 19.5:9 aspect ratio screen. It has screen brightness of 401ppi pixels. This phone has dual micro SIM card support and no memory card slot option for expandable storage. This device runs on color os 5.1 UI based Android Oreo 8.1 out of the box. It comes with Qualcomm's octa-core Snapdragon 845 chipset with Adreno 630 GPU which is 2018's flagship processor. It has 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. It comes in Bordeaux Red and Ice Blue color options.

Coming to camera department the rear is a dual camera setup with the first is a 20MP camera with f/2.0 aperture while the secondary camera is a 16MP camera with f/2.2 aperture and has PDAF and led flash light. Coming to the front camera it has 25MP 3D AI selfie shooter with f/2.0 aperture and face unlock. Both the front and rear cameras are placed in a slider which works with a motor to pop up and this slider will pop up whenever the camera app is opened or for face unlock.

Connectivity wise it has dual 4G VOLTE, dual band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS Glonass, FM radio, USB type-C port and others. It has all required sensors like light sensor, proximity sensor and others except for the fingerprint sensor. As there is no fingerprint sensor we have to use only face unlock for authentication. The phone has 3,730mAh battery and supports VOOC charging with 20W charger for fast charging and it can charge 2 hours of usage in 5 minutes.

The main highlight of it is the motorized slider which houses both front and rear cameras and it also has sensor for face unlock which they call O-Face recognition technology which uses 3D light and 15000 dot projection for face unlock. As there is no fingerprint sensor we can only use this face unlock feature to unlock this device. It has full glass body design but no wireless charging feature.

Oppo Find X availability and price

Oppo Find X is released in one variant with 8GB RAM and 256 GB storage option. It is priced in India for rs.59,990. This is a available through Flipkart with preorders starting from July 25th and slaes will start from August 3rd. If pre-ordered from Flipkart we will get RS.3,000 voucher. Later this mobile will also come to the offline market.
