At last Xiaomi launched the much awaited phones of Redmi Note series. Normally Xiaomi launch only one phone in this model, but this time it launched 2 models in it. One is regular Redmi Note 5 and other is Redmi Note 5 pro. Even the price details are revealed in the event. Both these mobiles will be available from February 22nd through Flipkart, Mi home, Mi.com and all Xiaomi offline stores in India.
The Redmi Note 5 is available in 2 variants and is priced at 3GB RAM & 32GB ROM for RS.9,999 and 4GB RAM & 64GB ROM for RS.12,999.
The Redmi Note 5 pro is also available in 2 variants. The prices if these models are at 4GB RAM & 64GB ROM for RS.13,999 and 6GB RAM & 6GB RAM and 64GB ROM for RS.16,999.
Redmi Note 5 specifications
The Redmi Note 5 is the same Redmi 5 plus model which has launched in china. The phone has same specs as the Redmi Note 4 except for the display. The phone sports a 5.99-inch FHD+ display with a resolution of 1080x2160 pixels which has 18:9 aspect ratio. The fingerprint scanner is at the back.
The phone has same snapdragon 625 processor just like in previous Redmi Note 4. The camera department is also same, the rear is a 12MP camera with f/2.2 aperture and front is a 5MP selfie camera with soft LED light. It has support for Bluetooth, wifi 802.11, 4G Volte, IR blaster and others. Then the device has 4000mAh battery capacity. It is available in gold, rose gold, black and blue color options.
